Pestered To Death By IRS Nazis

Pestered To Death

He's not the first to be pestered to death, and surely won't be the last. There is only so much an individual can bear, especially if they are creative, self-sufficient, and want nothing more in this life but enjoy the product of their efforts and to be left alone.

But that is exactly what the government will never do. It's interference into every aspect of our lives grows at an ever accelerating pace. Already the government dictates what we must wear (for our own protection), what we must do with our time, what we can eat, or smoke, or not, what we must do with our children, demanding endless forms and reports that we must fill in and deliver to countless government agencies, requiring us to reveal every aspect of our private lives, from the amount of our income to the details of our medical histories.

So, Joe Stack couldn't take it any more, and decided to fly a plane into the Austin Texas Echelon Building, with its 200 IRS employees, killing one of them and himself. He left a suicide note, online, explaining exactly why he did it, which I've published as, "Oppressed: Government Induced Suicide."

Almost everyone will misinterpret this event. It was an act of desperation, a desperation that more and more people are feeling as the government cuts off every avenue of freedom or any hope of success in this life. Not all the desperate will do what Joe Stack did, but some will. There are other ways, better ways, but not everyone is capable of seeing them, and when they reach the point where they can no longer see any reason to remain slaves of the state, they will do whatever is necessary to escape, even if death is the only means of escape they can find. It is just another, more horrible example of "Death by Government."
