It does seem America has become a latter day Weimar Republic with a rising tide of political crimes committed by the fascist Left against honest citizens.
Vegas is a Union/ Mob/ Leftist city that is as corrupt and degenerate as they come and well known as “Sin City.” Mr. Scott could have been murdered to send a “message” that concealed weapons by permit are Politically Incorrect under the Obama Regime, which opposes Second Amendment Rights.
Also Erik Scott's race, gender and class could have been a factor that made murder by police very Politically Correct and so far unpunished by the Civil Rights Division of the Obama controlled U.S. Department of Justice.

LAS VEGAS -- It's been one month since Las Vegas resident Erik Scott was shot and killed by police at a Summerlin Costco.
Metro says he refused to put his gun down, which forced them to shoot. Scott's family and friends are gathering Tuesday night for a candlelight vigil to remember him, as they keep looking for answers from Metro.
Those who knew him say they are holding this vigil to mark the one month anniversary and keep the pressure on Metro. From billboards asking for witnesses to come forward, to the candlelight gathering, those closest to Scott say they will keep doing all they can to get what they say is the truth.
Anthony Bonifazio knew Scott for 11 years.
"There's been a lot of publicity around it and we just want to make sure we get the truth out of this. From the initial reports police reports, to the incident on July 10 to now, we probably have more questions than we have answers," he said.
The billboards that were up throughout the valley asking for eyewitness of the deadly shooting come forward were replaced announcing the vigil at the same Summerlin Costco where Scott was killed.
Police says Scott was carrying a weapon and acting erratically inside the store when they arrived. Officers demands to him were ignored, police say, forcing them to shoot and kill Scott, who was shopping with his girlfriend at the time.
His father says he won't be at the vigil, but wants this vigil to serve two purposes: honor his son's memory and have Metro step up. "Really bring attention to his horrific death and remind the citizens of Las Vegas that 30 days after he was killed, roughly. We still don't know much."
There will be a candlelight vigil happening at the same time in Lancaster, California, where Scott grew up.
That vigil is held being held at 9 p.m. at the Costco off I-215 and Charleston.
Las Vegas police declined comment until the coroner's inquest is conducted. That inquest has been post postponed indefinitely.
