SUBJECT: Formal criminal complaint naming Barack Hussein OBAMA and OBAMA’s CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS in commission of the crime of TREASON against the United States of America. (In this line you can name whatever official you choose)

1. We are arrived at a point in our Nation’s life where Barack Hussein OBAMA and OBAMA’s CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS threaten the life of our Nation to the point of death. OBAMA and his CRIMINAL COHORTS install an unconstitutional, rival and competing government that replaces our United States Constitution.

2. Mr. OBAMA’s unconstitutional government is thriving and growing. Under Mr. OBAMA the United States Constitution no longer operates. Mr. OBAMA and his OUTLAW PARTNERS enforce only their own form unconstitutional, treasonous government.

3. Mr. Obama—exposed a foreign born domestic enemy—infiltrated the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, counterfeit, dissembling, and deceit.

4. (THIS OR ANY OTHER ACT OF OBAMA’S TREASON CAN BE ADDED OR SUBSTITUTED – THIS IS BUT ONE EXAMPLE) Mr. OBAMA’s failure to protect America’s borders represents an Act of TREASON! The border is not secured. Mr. OBAMA aggressively facilitates and encourages Mexican infiltrators to cross our borders with ease aggressively facilitated to carry out repeated attacks on America in banditry that includes gunrunning, drug running, extortion, and murder. American citizens are dying and losing their jobs and homes over Obama’s failure to protect these United States from invasion as our Constitution commands an American president to do! Directly to the point: Mr. Obama exploits Mexican bandits as part of an in-plain-sight campaign to destroy the United States Constitution and with it, the United States of America.

5. For Law enforcement officials of every stripe are paralyzed in their unwillingness to do their duty. State and Federal judges accept OBAMA’s TREASON and are derelict in the performance of their duties.

6. For the local and federal district attorneys: Pass this criminal complaint to our seated Grand Juries.

7. For members of the State and Federal Grand Juries: I refuse to accept the complicity of cowards. I insist and inspire YOU, the Federal Grand Jury, in the exercise of your Great Commission: The Power of Presentment. You are capable of transforming a collective fear and shame darkening this land in to the peaceful exercise of constitutionally recognized law enforcement.

8. For the FBI Special Agent-in-Charge: Act on your own law enforcement authority.

9. For the County Sheriff: Act on your own law enforcement authority.

10. For all: Be mindful and clear on this point, this point alone: We the People—in one aspect or another—are the final arbiters in this matter. We the People hold in our hands the final appeal our Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution command.

I asked Wallach, “What did he say?” Wallach said that at these luncheons, the families were sat down to eat. And then their boy was brought in with his mouth stuffed. The boy had been baked. Danger To The West

The biggest danger to the West is this climate of defeatism, appeasement, and cultural collapse now on display for the Islamists to see. This is the single biggest impetus to Islamist terrorism. We all have to grasp that terrorism is not the biggest threat we face. The biggest threat is the ideology that drives it. It’s not enough to fight terror, vital though that is. The principal battleground is the world of ideas, the battle for hearts and minds. The Islamists see this very clearly. They understand that psychological warfare — the fomenting of paranoia, resentment, hysteria, and demoralization — is their most effective weapon. If they can hijack the human mind to the cause of hatred and lies, they have an army; and if they can bamboozle and demoralize their victims, they will win.
