We are working hard to build the United States Freedom Army. Please be patient with us and slowly things will begin to happen. The faster we get our numbers increased the faster we will be able to act.
------------------------------------------------------
CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOM MARCH:
We will again be holding our annual Constitutional Freedom March on Thursday, September 17 (Constitution Day), 2015. Everything we do will be essentially unchanged from last year. The flyer shown in this report is the same one we passed out last year and will be what we pass out again this year since none of the complaints in the flyer have been addressed. For those of you wishing to come to Washington, D.C. in September and help try to enlighten some of our representatives in Congress set aside September 17 on your calendar.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO COME TO WASHINGTON D.C. ON SEPTEMBER 17. If you can come and help please confirm your participation by email and we will put you on the list. Further below in the Section entitled “Constitutional Freedom March Details” we tell you exactly how we will be proceeding and what the logistics of the march will be.
-----------------------------------------------------
UNIFORM PATCH AND ADDITIONAL PARAPHERNALIA:
We are at present developing additional T-Shirt designs, a hat with the U.S. Freedom Army Patch on it, and a Bumper Sticker. We will inform you when these items become available for sale.
We now have a U.S. Freedom Army T-Shirt available for sale. The link is:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/321730987180
The uniform patch shown in this report is now available on ebay. You may search on ebay for “Freedom Army Patch” and scroll down until you find it but you may have to scroll for a while. The link below takes you directly to the patch. The cost at present is $9.50 per patch and that includes shipping and handling – that price is fairly standard in the industry for orders of quantity 10. The patch is 3.5” on the base and 2.5” high. On ebay you may negotiate a price so those of you with quantity orders may wish to take that approach. This is the procedure we plan to use on all other items (flags, hats, T-shirts, etc.) that we sell for the U.S. Freedom Army. The information on ordering for all items will always be under the “
Uniforms” tab on
www.usfreedomarmy.com.
The United States Freedom Army makes no money on these sales.
This link will take you directly to the ebay location:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/321680007498
Twitter users: If you would like a jpg file of the U.S. Freedom Army Patch to use as your profile photo please advise us and we will be glad to send you one. We would like to get as many people as wish to do so to start using our Freedom Army Patch as their profile photo on their Twitter account.

MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER:
Yes I am a real retired person and I am not affiliated with any governmental organization. If you wish to see me in person you may use the links below to see the speech I gave to the Las Vegas Republican Townhall Group on April 8, 2015. The topic is the Limiting Powers of the United States Constitution. It is in two parts and takes about 45 minutes to watch the entire presentation. You may use the links below to watch all or part of the presentation.

2015:
September, 2014 was the end of our first complete year of operation. Our primary goal the first year was recruiting a core group of enlistees to see if we had enough interest to proceed. In that respect we far exceeded our expectations reaching three times our recruiting goal that was set in September 2013. Our recruiting has progressed nicely and has continued to be a source of continued confidence.
Every state is the same. We have large numbers of people enlisted within a state but they are scattered all over the state, many of them in small towns. Most of you probably do not know anyone in your state who is enlisted, even though they may number in the hundreds. People are reluctant and sometimes actually frightened to engage in activities with people they do not know.
Below we have listed what we want to accomplish in calendar year 2015 and this is in relative order of importance. We will work to achieve progress in these areas. Will you help us?
Continued recruiting. This is still our most important task. The more we can increase our numbers the more power we will have together. When you join your voice to a large group you have power and all the people who are not being heard can speak loudly as one.
Critical to this effort is our use of Twitter. If you can help us on Twitter your efforts are very much appreciated. If you need Twitter instructions please advise us.
Local units. We need local units to be developed. This can only be done at the local level – we cannot do it here. In local units you have people working together who know one another and can act in a coordinated manner. We offer our location as a central point of coordination for all local units and we will work with you to build your organization to the extent we are able. Local units will have almost full autonomy. These can be militia units, social units, veterans’ units, Tea Party units, or any combination where you have people working in concert to stand up for America and the cause of freedom. If you have a local unit let us know who you are and we can direct enlistees to your organization. If you have a local unit and would like to be a part of our group we would be glad to serve you as we are able. One of our goals is to act as a central organizing point for patriots.
We have begun the process of assigning unit numbers to local units.
Regional and State Commanders. We are looking for regional and state commanders to assist in developing local units and for national assistance and control. We have documented below our guidelines in that regard.
We have named ten State Commanders and we currently have two other states where someone has expressed an interest in becoming a State Commander. The ten State Commanders are identified below with their email addresses. These ten gentlemen deserve congratulations for their courage in stepping forward and for caring about the United States of America and its Constitution.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Notes: 1. States in each region are listed in order of total enlistees. We will update this order at the end of each month. 2. Regions are balanced based upon enlistments, not population. 3. Enlistees in other countries and U.S. Territories belong to the region physically closest to their enlistment city. 4. The West Central Region covers a lot of geographical territory but it was necessary to balance the regions. 5. These regions may be modified at a later date as situations dictate. 6. FL and CA will require two State Commanders (North and South). TX will require three State Commanders (Houston, Dallas and San Antonio areas).
Regional Commanders will serve on a nine member Board of Directors of the United States Freedom Army and will be asked for input on all major policy decisions. There will be a nine member Board of Directors formed consisting of the seven Regional Commanders, the Founder and the Founder’s second in command.
--------------------
These are guidelines only and are not cast in stone. Guidelines for people interested in being a Regional or State Commander:
*** Most importantly, you must be a person who cares about the United States of America and is disturbed about what it is becoming and the threatened loss of our freedom.
*** You must reside in the region or state you wish to command and be enlisted in this army.
*** You should have some proven organizational skills on some level. A military background is good but is not required.
*** You should be willing and able to go to various organizations and speak about our army and what we are trying to accomplish. This could include (but is not limited to) VFW posts, Tea Party meetings, Militia groups, Gun Clubs or any other group that may value our Constitution and what it represents. You must be prepared to help local USFA units build their memberships.
Additional guidelines for people interested in being a Regional Commander:
*** You should be financially independent and be able to give your time generously as required. You should be free to travel from state to state at your own expense.
*** You should be between 45 and 65 years of age and in good health. Be advised that your name and email address will be published and given out within this army. People must be able to contact you.
Additional guidelines for people interested in being a State Commander:
*** You should have some ability to travel throughout your area of command freely at your own expense.
*** You should be between 35 and 65 years of age and in good health. Be advised that your name and email address will be published to enlistees within your area of command as well as within this army.
The day may come when you may be compensated for your expenses and/or receive a salary but that day may also never come. At present you are a volunteer. We are not in a hurry to fill these positions – we want the best possible people we can find. If you know of anyone you feel would be eminently qualified to fill one of these positions please advise us as to how we may contact them. We will want a resume’ and will run background checks on all interested parties.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
FUNDING:
We will soon be partnering with Grassroots Campaign Creations, Ltd. (https://Grassroots.CC) on a new endeavor to provide us with some funding as we grow and move forward. We may use our set of enlistees as a test market for this venture to see exactly how it operates.
Enlistees: Please do not go out and cause yourself any financial hardship whatsoever in order to contribute to our army. We value everyone highly whether or not you ever contribute anything financially to this endeavor. There is not and never will be any financial obligation on your part. This is all completely voluntary. Remember, if any emails come through to you requesting donations to the U.S. Freedom Army you are not obligated in any way to respond and they will be coming to you from our organization.
We do not give out our email list to anyone not affiliated with our organization!
We are also looking for major donors who believe in this project. If you are personally familiar with any major donors who may be interested in this project please advise us on how to proceed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CONSTITUTION:
We support all efforts by any organization to “resurrect” the United States Constitution. Whenever we hear about any effort to restore the Constitution we will record it here.
We cooperate with all patriot groups who operate legally.
---------------------------------
We are currently in discussions with
The Republic for the United States (www.republicoftheunitedstates.org). This organization, among its many functions, brings together patriot groups of like thinking and holds coordinated meetings among patriot groups. This is a great step forward for us since coordinated action is always more powerful than any group working alone. We will work to cooperate with this organization and certainly strive to be a part of a larger group and hopefully we can participate in greater actions than we could undertake alone.
-------------------------------------
We wish to thank
Patriot Radio for giving us free advertising on their Streaming Internet Old Time Radio Station. If you want to hear some old songs or listen to some old radio programs from the pre-TV era go their site at
www.patriotradio.org and tune in. The U.S. Freedom Army has some 15 second and 30 second ads that come up about every 15 minutes.
-------------------------------------
We wish to thank
Freedom Fighters of America for their assistance and for giving us so much support on their website. Go to
www.freedomfightersofamerica.blogspot.com and you will see that we not only have an ad but also on the upper right a location where you can view U.S. Freedom Army postings. There are some postings in that location you may not have seen before. Best wishes to the Freedom Fighters of America. Semper Fi and OORAH!
-----------------------------------------------------------
ENLISTMENT CHANGES:
Once you enlist you cannot access your record again directly because then anyone who knows your email address would be able to change your record. If you need to make changes to your enlistment record you have two choices:
Send us the changes and we can update your record directly. This is probably best for address changes and change of email address.
Unsubscribe and then reenlist with a completely new set of information. This is probably best for major changes to your enlistment record.
------------------------------------------------------------
EMAIL UPDATE:
We tested a new email system last October and we will be using it for the foreseeable future. This system allows us to communicate more frequently and you should see more emails coming in your direction each month.
One of the features of this new system is that if it sees an email address it considers invalid it automatically deletes your record. On our test email last October eight records were automatically deleted. Before you change email addresses ensure you take this into account and reenlist with your new email address. This new system also flags troubled email accounts (mail box full, email too large, etc.) and after a certain amount of time if this condition is not corrected it will delete your record. Maintain your email address in good working order and allow our emails to come through and none of this will occur.
------------------------------------------------------------
RECRUITING UPDATE AS OF 05/31/2015:
Our web site was launched on September 17 (Constitution Day), 2013 and we started recruiting about 5 days later. Recruiting is still the most important thing we will be doing in the next year since the more we increase our numbers the more impact we will have.
TX still leads in total recruits with 10.6% of all recruits. Following TX is CA (8.0%), FL (7.1%), NC (3.9%), OH (3.6%), GA (3.5%), PA (3.4%), NY (3.3%), AZ (2.8%), and TN (2.8%).
Based upon state population for states with over two million in population the top ten are: NV, MS, OR, AL, AR, LA, AZ, TN, OK, and NM. States with under two million in population are led by WY, NH, MT, NE, ID, and ME.
------------------------------------------------
The following information is not statistically accurate and is an approximation since many of our enlistees do not give us complete information:
Female enlistees: About 40-45%. The ladies are still increasing slightly.
Enlistees with military experience (including some female): About 50%.
Military grades: E-1 to E-9, W-1 to W-5, and O-1 to O-7.
Significant military awards: Navy Crosses, Silver Stars, Bronze Stars and Purple Hearts. We have military with all types of training and awards. Many of our enlistees have Purple Hearts.
The only person we lack from the standpoint of military awards is a Medal of Honor recipient. When we get one we will let you know. There are very few living Medal of Honor recipients.
Enlistee ages: About 70% are in the age category 40-60; About 20% are over 60; About 10% are under 40. A small percentage of our enlistees are active duty military. We have people enlisted from all ages up to 90+. Our enlistees over the age of 60 are increasing.
The Vietnam veterans are coming in. These aging veterans are starting to realize that they may have to fight against communism all over again here in their homeland
Young (under 30) people:
Enlistments by our young people are waning. We need more young people. We must strive to educate the young people so that they understand that their futures are being slowly and systematically eroded by the forces deployed to destroy this great nation. If you know a young person that may have an interest in our army please direct them to the website. The good news is that when we get a young person they are often fired up about America and realize that America is going downhill.
We are now in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, U.S. Territories and 17 other countries. Some of the people enlisted in other countries are Americans living outside the United States. We are like Washington’s Continental Army, however, in the sense that we will welcome help from anyone who is a patriot and wants to see our Constitution restored. We do not give out strength reports but we can tell everyone that our total strength is >3,000 and <13 100="" a="" br="" can="" comes="" day="" have="" impact.="" reach="" that="" the="" tremendous="" we="" whenever="">
What is the most encouraging are the many people who have enlisted from small towns in America. This is a small town revolution – the people who have not been heard are beginning to speak up. While we have enlistees in many major cities, it is the voices in small town America that ring loudest. The Founder has been in all 50 states and has never heard of many of these cities so we have been looking them up on the Internet - impressive. Find the people in your small town who are fed up and get them enlisted and then form a unit in your town.
Below we have listed one sample small town from each of the 50 States in which we have enlistees. Some of these cities have multiple people enlisted. If you have heard of 10 of these towns we will be surprised. If you have been in 10 of these towns we will be doubly surprised (two people have “doubly surprised” us so far with the current record being 11 held by William in Dalton, MA). If you can find one person on this planet that has been in all 50 of these towns we will be astounded.
We have decided to add Canada to our list since they have more people enlisted than some of our states. This is just a sample. There is at least one person enlisted in each of these cities:

CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOM MARCH DETAILS: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
“When your children and grandchildren ask you what happened to America make sure you can say ‘I tried my best to stop it’.”
“An excuse is an explanation of failure.”
“Do not ask for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee.”
The Muster Point this year will be the Springfield Mall in Springfield, VA. We will meet from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at the Muster Point. We will then travel from there by METRO to the Capitol. The Springfield Mall is very close to the intersection of I-95 and I-495. The Springfield Mall is bounded on the North by Franconia Road E., on the East by Frontier Road, on the South by Spring Mall Rd., and on the West by Loisdale Road. We will meet on the South section of the mall on Spring Mall Rd. about halfway between Loisdale Road and Frontier Road. From the Southeast corner of the Springfield Mall it is only about ¼ mile to the METRO
Franconia-Springfield Station from where we will take the
BLUE Line getting off at the METRO
Capitol Hill Station and walking a short distance. It is almost impossible to park in D.C. on a weekday and even if you can find a place it will cost you $50 to $60 to park whereas the METRO station parking is $4.75. The total cost to park and ride the METRO round trip will be about $15.
There are no public restrooms (except for emergencies) on the METRO trains or in the METRO stations. When we get to the meeting point there will be restrooms available. You have been warned! Take precautions as necessary. Restrooms and water are readily available in all public buildings once we get off at Capitol Hill. There is a restaurant near the Comfort Inn off Loisdale Road that serves breakfast and has restrooms. There is also a restaurant just off Franconia Road E. in the Springfield Mall.
The METRO ride to the Capitol takes about 30 minutes. We will meet on the lawn directly in front of the Capitol.
There are hotels/motels on Loisdale Road near the Northwest portion of the Springfield Mall. They are the Hilton Hotel, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn and the Courtyard Marriott. The Marriott is slightly farther than the others and is near the intersection of Loisdale Road and Franconia Road W. Those of you who fly in to Reagan Airport and do not wish to rent a car may get on the
Blue Line at Reagan Airport and go to the Franconia-Springfield Station and walk to one of the hotels/motels mentioned above. The walk is about ½ mile. Reservations suggested.
Dress and act like the fine patriotic people you are. If you wish to wear military apparel that is fine. If you are active duty military get permission from your commander before wearing any active duty military apparel.
NO WEAPONS AT THE MUSTER POINT OR THEREAFTER. Be thinking of how we can get some publicity, local news coverage, TV, or whatever. Anyone may participate in this march and they do not have to be enlisted with us. We will leave the Capitol at approximately 6:00 P.M. and return to the Muster Point. At approximately 7:30 P.M. we will meet for dinner at a location near the Muster Point to be announced on September 17.
We need people to be at the Muster Point so we can go to Washington D.C. and make our complaints clear
. Did you read the five quotes at the top of this entry? If not, read them again. This is the time. We especially need the people from VA, MD, DE, WV, TN, NC and other nearby states to come help us on September 17. Bring any like-minded people you know with you – the more people we have the more government areas we can cover. We need to cover the Congress, Supreme Court, the IRS and as many Executive Branch offices as we can. There is no need to go to the White House since it will not do any good. Respond to presidentialdiary@gmail.com if you are planning to attend.
We need patriots in Washington, D.C. on September 17. If you absolutely cannot come, we need you to pass out flyers in your local area on September 17. If you cannot pass them out on September 17 pass them out as closely as you possibly can to September 17. The best place to pass them out is at your nearest military installation – we need to remind our military of their oath. If you cannot get to a military installation pass them out at your local federal government offices. IRS offices or any federal court is good. Find a federal government agency near you and pass them out. As a last resort go to your local Post Office and pass them out. Before you go to any of these federal government entities make sure you do some reconnaissance and find out what the rules are. We want to do all of this in a perfectly legal manner and we want to pass these flyers out all over the nation.
Some of you are disappointed because we are only passing out flyers. This is what we can do at this time. If it helps you to visualize this look at the flyer as your weapon, look at the words on the flyer as your ammunition, and look at the work in D.C. as maneuvers and reconnaissance.
The flyers are extremely important to what we are attempting to accomplish. The first step is to make crystal clear what your complaint consists of in the shortest possible way. Anything over one page is too long and no one will read it. It must be short and to the point. During Operation American Spring they passed out large packets with volumes of information inside.
No one will read that much information unless they are being paid to do so. We want a short printed record of our position that cannot be misunderstood.
Let us know as soon as possible if you will be coming to the Muster Point and how many you will be bringing. People do not have to be enlisted to participate. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
NEW POST: The website post for this month is called “A few comments on the Mainstream Media”. It is one of the more hard-hitting posts we have ever published but the Mainstream Media (MSM) deserves every word in this post. The MSM does nothing more than repeat socialist talking points and they serve as a vehicle for left-wing propaganda. The MSM is a disgrace to America and has no objectivity and hence no credibility with the majority of Americans. You will also get a viewpoint on the movie
Dances with Wolves that you have probably never heard before. This month’s post is now available for viewing. If you have the time read all our posts from bottom to top and we can assure you that you will be better prepared and will know more about how your freedom is being stolen. Use the button “Older Posts” in the lower left hand corner of the Home Page to view more posts and to start from the bottom.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------DOG TAGS: Wearing Dog Tags is generally a good idea. In case of emergency it can give assisting personnel information on your personal situation. Whenever you leave your place of residence you should put them on.
For those of you who wish to acquire Dog Tags we have given you instructions on our website on how to acquire them and a sample of how to fill in the blanks. We are not affiliated with the supplier we mentioned on our website and you may acquire them from anyone you wish. We would like you to honor someone on your Dog Tags but it is not required that you do so. For safety reasons you may wish to consider purchasing a set.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GOALS: One of our State Commanders asked for a list of short, intermediate, and long range goals. Below is a synopsis of what was sent to each State Commander.
----------------------------------------
SHORT RUN (1-2 Year) GOALS:
Continued recruiting. This is still our most important task. The more we can increase our numbers the more power we will have together. Critical to this effort is our use here of Twitter. The bulk of the recruiting will be done here at the central location but everyone can help. Whenever you have an opportunity to enlist someone, no matter where, try to do so.
Local Units. We need local units to be developed. This can only be done at the local level – we cannot do it here. In local units you have people working together who know one another and can act in a coordinated manner. We offer our location as a central point of coordination for all local units and we will work with local units to build their organizations to the extent we are able. Local units will have almost full autonomy.
Advance Intermediate goals. When you get an opportunity try to advance our intermediate goals.
--------------------------------------------
INTERMEDIATE (2-5 Year) GOALS:
Constitutional “Resurrection”. We want the United States Constitution followed as it was written and described by the Founding Fathers. No more legal sophistry from the courts that changes the meaning and intent of the original document but if the meaning and intent is to be changed it must be done by amendment.
Communication. To act as a central communication point for all patriots. Freedom must become organized in a military way with a top-down structure in order for all citizens to continue to remain free. The constant in-fighting among patriot groups must come to an end and we must begin the process of working together and communicating as one.
Education. People must become educated on how the forces of socialism operate and how they are slowly taking away your freedom. This is one of the functions of the U.S. Freedom Army website. Unlike other websites it is not topical but is educational and informative. Unless the federal government changes its ways, the posts will be just as true ten years from now as they are today.
Organization. In case the looming disaster cannot be averted to be organized in a military way so as to be prepared to stand up for freedom. Hopefully the people will never have to fight for freedom and the United States Constitution but should such an eventuality occur we want to be organized in a military way to assist in this effort as best we can. Organization takes time and will require a significant amount of effort.
------------------------------------------
LONG RANGE (5-10 Year) GOAL:
This organization needs to become to the Limited Powers (Article 1 Section 8 of the United States Constitution and its corollary Amendment X) what the NRA and GOA are to Amendment II. When the Congress passes laws they are constitutionally forbidden to pass the United States Freedom Army needs to fight in whatever way possible to ensure that these laws do not go forward. These fights should take place primarily in the Courts but also should be held in the court of public opinion. Tyranny cannot flourish when the Constitution is being followed scrupulously. We need to always be a voice for limited government.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: We are a group of people who want to see the United States Constitution followed and, by implication, this leviathan federal government dismantled. We intend to follow all laws and proceed peacefully to attempt to achieve this goal. This is the thrust of our effort at this time.
We are not at present a militia but circumstances in the future may alter that situation. What we do or become depends upon what occurs in Washington, D.C. and what occurs in D.C. may alter our goals and approach. Since we cannot see into the future it is not possible to say what may be required as time passes and events unfold.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THIS IS A REAL ARMY! WE ARE TOGETHER! THE CONSTITUTION HAS BEEN ABUSED AND IGNORED FOR TOO LONG! WE WANT ALL THREE BRANCHES OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO START READING IT!
